Commission Rules

Important

- For backgrounds, a clear description and/or images is fine, we can work it out together.- The model is for personal use only, DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE.- I reserve the right to decline any commission.- No NSFW.- I will not accept AI references.- Models take roughly a month/30 days to finish. Be mindfull that revisions might increase the time.

Revisions

- After completion there will be a 4 week period for addressing any issues.

Pricing - 07/2026

- You can send me an email to ask any questions regarding if your reference is valid.- Payment is done in a 50/50 basis. Meaning you have to pay me 50% of the price before i start the model creation and the rest after completion.- 400 EUR is the base price, can cost more depending on complexity.

Intellectual Property Rights

- You may not claim my work as your own.- Don’t resell or redistribute my work.- I may reserve the right to use my artwork on my social media/portfolio.- For Twitch related orders or orders intended to be used by an outside service/organization, you are fully responsible for ensuring that the artwork obeys the rules and terms of service of that specific service/organization. I do not take any responsibility for any model rejected by Twitch, or by any other outside service/organization. I can do small changes but not major changes to the model.- Commissioners always have to give me proper credit as the artist by leaving a link to my twitter when using the background.- Please inquiry privately if you'd like to purchase commercial rights. The fee may vary depending on things such as the type of product being sold, the quantity expected to be sold and the popularity of the client/brand involved.- If you, the client, has not purchased a commercial license from me, I hold all the rights to your commission. Meaning you are not allowed to use your commission for profit (such as merchandise). Should the client be found breaking the copyright/usage agreement every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.

Refunds

- Upon cancellation while commission is in progress the first 50% of payment becomes NON-REFUNDABLE and i keep all rights to the model in its current state due to work/time already put in the commission.- In case cancellation happens from my side you will be refunded all the money and the model will be disposed of.
